Our professional field staff provides intermittent visits and hourly skilled care to our patients in the comfort of their own home. To begin receiving home health care from Inland Valley Home Health Agency, you may call us directly at (800) 803-0072, or physician, hospital, clinic, social agency, family member, or friend may refer you. Once we have received your referral, a registered nurse will make an appointment with you at your earliest convenience to determine your qualifications for home health care. Once you qualify, we will work closely with your personal physician to develop your health care plan.
